As a Tribally-owned company, we have a unique perspective on sovereignty and tax issues affecting your tribe or business. We understand that each Tribe is unique. Our company policy is to honor your Tribe's decision in regard to state tax issues. We will stamp your cigarettes with the appropriate State Stamp, Tribal Stamp or our Native American Stamp.

HCI Distribution has experience with the unique issues and requirements that some states impose on distributors who conduct business with Tribes. We ship products to reservations with tribal tax stamps applied or with the generic Native American stamp, whichever you prefer.
